Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of eterax.group and its sub-pages (the "Website"). Paid services are governed by a written Proposal and the ETERAX Terms of Service, not by this document.
1. Who runs the Website
1.1 The Website is operated by ETERAX GROUP - FZCO, a free zone company, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("ETERAX", "we"). Contact: [email protected]. Details are in the Legal Notice.
1.2 By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
2. Information only, not advice
2.1 The Website gives general information. It is not advice for your situation and it is not an offer. It creates no adviser-client, lawyer-client, doctor-patient, therapist-client or similar relationship. A relationship starts only when we both accept a written Proposal.
2.2 Business Consulting. ETERAX GROUP - FZCO is a consultancy. It is not a law firm, tax adviser or agent, bank, immigration agent or real estate broker. Content on company formation, corporate banking, residency, the Golden Visa, corporate tax, exit tax and relocation is general information. It is not legal, tax, investment or immigration advice. Laws, thresholds, rates and procedures change and differ by country and by person. Before acting, get independent advice from a qualified adviser who knows your facts and your home country. Registrations, bank accounts, residency, legal and tax work are done by licensed third parties that you engage directly.
2.3 AI & Cybersecurity. Content on AI, security, IT and data protection (including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and the EU GDPR) is general information about consultancy services. It is not legal advice. It does not certify, or promise, that any organisation complies with any law or standard. No security measure removes all risk.
2.4 Wellness & Wellbeing. Content on sessions, programmes and corporate wellness is about lifestyle coaching that uses sound, breathing and relaxation. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you have a health condition, speak to a qualified professional first. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
2.5 Calculators, estimators and figures. Tools such as the tax savings estimator, and figures such as tax rates, savings, timelines, prices ("from EUR 3,000") and counts, are illustrations based on stated assumptions. They are not forecasts, quotes or advice, and your result will differ. Only a written Proposal states a price and scope we are bound to.
2.6 Nothing on the Website promises that a bank, authority or counterparty will approve any application or accept any structure.
3. Using the Website
3.1 You may use the Website for lawful purposes. You must not:
(a) break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
(b) try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, accounts or data, or probe, scan or test its security without our written permission;
(c) introduce malware or interfere with the Website, including by excessive automated requests;
(d) scrape or harvest the Website in bulk, except ordinary search-engine and AI-search indexing that robots.txt allows;
(e) submit false, abusive, defamatory or unlawful information through our forms, or submit another person's personal data without their permission;
(f) impersonate any person or misstate your affiliation;
(g) use the Website to send us unsolicited advertising.
3.2 We may block access, remove content or report conduct to the authorities if you break these Terms or the law.
4. Enquiry forms and communications
4.1 When you submit a form (for example the assessment request, the contact form or the exit tax checklist download), we create an enquiry record and may contact you about it. We handle personal data as the Privacy Policy states. A form does not create a contract. The free assessment is free and does not oblige you.
4.2 Do not send identity documents through the website forms. We ask for those through a secure channel after a Proposal is accepted, if they are needed. We do not ask for health information, so please do not send any.
4.3 We send marketing messages only if you ask for them or the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Accounts
5.1 If we give you an account, keep your login confidential, tell us if you think it is compromised, and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under it unless it results from our failure.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 The Website, its text, design, logos, trade names (including ETERAX and ETERAX GROUP), images, code, structure and databases belong to ETERAX or its licensors and are protected by law.
6.2 You may view the Website, print or save pages for your own non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.
6.3 Third-party names and logos on the Website belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean endorsement, unless a Proposal says so.
6.4 If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it without payment or credit. This does not apply to personal data (see the Privacy Policy) or to materials you send for an engagement (see the Terms of Service).
7. Links
7.1 The Website links to third-party sites. We do not control them, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7.2 You may link to our public pages if the link is fair and legal and does not suggest endorsement or imitate our brand. We may ask you to remove a link.
8. Accuracy and availability
8.1 We try to keep the Website accurate and current. It may contain errors or be out of date. We do not promise that it is complete or fit for your purpose, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that.
8.2 We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
9. Liability for the Website
9.1 Businesses and professional users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Website, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim connected with the Website is limited to AED 1,000.
9.2 Consumers. We are liable as the law of your country requires. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
9.3 We are not responsible for harmful material that reaches your equipment through your use of the Website if we took reasonable care to prevent it.
9.4 Using the Website does not create a duty of care from us to you for any decision you make based on its content.
10. Privacy and cookies
10.1 Personal data collected through the Website is handled as the Privacy Policy describes (eterax.group/privacy).
10.2 Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
11. Reporting
11.1 To report a problem with the Website, content that you believe infringes your rights, or a security vulnerability, write to [email protected]. We acknowledge within 5 business days and tell you what we will do.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1 These Terms and any dispute about the Website are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in it.
12.2 Businesses and professional users: disputes about the Website are heard by the courts of Dubai. (The arbitration clause in the Terms of Service applies only to engagements under a Proposal.)
12.3 Consumers: if you live in the EU or another place whose law gives you protections that cannot be waived, you keep them and may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
13. Changes
13.1 We may update these Terms. The current version with its effective date is always on the Website. For a material change we post a notice on the Website for at least 30 days.
14. General
14.1 An invalid part of these Terms does not affect the rest. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
14.2 These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Legal Notice, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Website.
14.3 These Terms are in English. The Website is in English only.
14.4 These Terms cover eterax.group only. They do not apply to tajemstvikrystalu.cz or any other site, which has its own terms.
