Every partner is used in real client work — at least three times, with an ongoing client.

No referral fees. No marketing kickbacks. We refer because we'd use them ourselves — and we do, on every relevant engagement. The directory turns over slowly, but it does turn over.

Real engagements

Used in at least three real client engagements before formal partner status. No "potential" partners — only proven ones.

Ongoing client

At least one ongoing client at any given time. Partners we used once but never returned to are removed from the directory.

No fees taken

Zero referral fees, no kickbacks, no commercial entanglement. Our revenue is engagement fees only. Partners pay us nothing.

Annual review

Directory re-reviewed annually. Partners that fall below standard are dropped — and we tell them why.

Are partner introductions free for clients?+
Yes. Introductions are part of every active engagement at no additional cost. Partners may charge their own fees directly to you for their services.
Can I request a partner in a category that isn't listed?+
Yes — this is how the network grows. For one-off needs (e.g. yacht registration, art-finance specialist), we source via extended network. For recurring needs heard from multiple clients, we formally onboard a new partner.
How are partners vetted?+
Three thresholds: (1) used in at least three real client engagements before partner status; (2) at least one ongoing client; (3) no referral fees, kickbacks, or commercial entanglement. We re-review the directory annually.
Do you take referral commissions from partners?+
No. Revenue comes from client engagement fees only — we don't take fees from banks, real estate brokers, lawyers, or anyone we introduce. This is why we can introduce honestly.
Can non-clients see the partner directory?+
No. The full directory with names and logos is gated to logged-in portal clients. Public visitors see categories and capability descriptions only — to protect partner relationships from cold outreach.
Can I become an ETERAX partner?+
Possibly. We expand the network when we have a recurring client need not currently covered. Email [email protected] — but our review is slow and selective.
