AI automation for growing companies
ETERAX GROUP is a Dubai-based consulting company that advises growing companies on AI automation and manages its implementation with specialist providers. We take one repetitive process, such as inbox triage or document intake, and specify a pilot on your own data before anything else changes. It suits owner-led and mid-sized companies that lose hours to manual admin, wherever they operate.
- Inbox triage
- Document intake
- Reporting
- CRM hygiene
Four jobs that eat your team's week.
Business automation starts where the work repeats. These four come up in almost every growing company, so we start here.
Inbox triage
Shared inboxes like info@ and sales@ get read, labelled, and routed to the right person, with a drafted reply waiting for a human to approve. Nothing leaves without a check.
Document intake
Invoices, contracts, IDs and forms arrive as PDFs and photos. The fields are read, checked against what you expect, and filed in the right place, with odd ones flagged.
Reporting
The weekly numbers that someone rebuilds in a spreadsheet every Monday are pulled from your tools, assembled, and sent, with a short written summary of what changed.
CRM hygiene
Duplicates merged, missing fields filled from emails and calls, stale deals flagged. Your pipeline stops being a guess.
Not on the list? Tell us in the assessment. The test is simple: it repeats, it follows a pattern, and someone can say what a good result looks like.
We tell you what not to automate.
Good AI consulting starts by saying no to the wrong process. Some work needs judgement, relationships or a signature, and stays with your people.
- Map first. We write down how the process runs today, who touches it, and where the time goes.
- Rank by payoff and risk. High volume and low risk goes first. Anything touching money or legal commitments keeps a human approval step.
- Use your tools. The workflow runs in the email, CRM and storage you already pay for, so there is no new system to learn.
- Small AI step. Rules do the predictable parts. The language model only reads and drafts.
- Human in the loop. Approvals are specified where a mistake would cost you, and you can see every decision.
- Documented. You get the process map and the data flow in writing, in plain language.
One process, five steps.
A pilot is a small, bounded project on a single process, so you judge the result on your own work, not on a demo.
Assessment
A free 50-minute call on your team, tools and the task that costs the most hours. We pick one process together.
Process map
We follow the process end to end, collect real examples, and agree what a correct result looks like.
Implement the pilot
Specialist providers we manage build the workflow in your tools. We specify it and test it on a limited set of real cases, with approvals switched on.
Run it alongside
Your team uses it next to the old way. We compare results against the baseline we agreed in step 2.
Decide
You get a short summary. Extend it, adjust it, or stop. If it doesn't pay off, we say so.
A working workflow, and the paperwork behind it.
- A working pilot implemented for you and running in your own tools, on the process you chose.
- A process map of how the work ran before and how it runs now.
- Approval steps where a person decides, with a log of what the automation did.
- A data-flow note saying which tool sees which data, mapped against UAE PDPL and EU GDPR.
- Handover and a short training so your team can run it without us.
- A go or no-go summary with what we measured against the agreed baseline.
Growing companies, wherever they operate.
We're based in Dubai and work with growing companies wherever they operate. Location rarely matters here, because the pilot runs in the tools you already use.
- A good fit: owner-led and mid-sized companies, agencies, trading and service firms, where a few people carry too much manual admin.
- Also a fit: founders who moved or are moving their company and need their systems to catch up.
- Not a fit: a request for a fully autonomous system with no human approval, or automation of a process nobody can describe yet.
Systems get weaker as they grow, so see cybersecurity and data protection for the baseline behind any automation.
Asked before every pilot.
What is AI automation?
AI automation means software that reads, sorts, drafts or checks work your team does by hand today, using language models for the parts that need judgement, such as reading an email or a PDF. A person still approves what matters. At ETERAX GROUP we pilot it on one process first, so you see the result on your own data before anything else changes.
What is the difference between AI automation and business automation?
Business automation moves data between tools with fixed rules: when X happens, do Y. AI automation adds the step where the input is messy, like a customer email or a scanned invoice. Most useful workflows need both, so we specify the rules and the AI step together and keep the AI part as small as it can be.
Which process should we automate first?
The one that repeats every day, follows a pattern a new hire could learn in a week, and has a clear check for what a good result looks like. Inbox triage, document intake, weekly reporting and CRM clean-up usually qualify. We pick it with you in the free assessment, and we tell you if a process is a bad candidate.
Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
Yes. We're based in Dubai, and we work with growing companies wherever they operate. The pilot runs inside the tools you already use, so location doesn't change how it works. We map the data flow against the UAE PDPL and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
What happens to our data?
Before the pilot we write down which tools see which data, and we tell you which tools see your data and whether they train on it, before anything goes live. Sensitive fields can be masked or kept out of the AI step. The data flow is documented, mapped against UAE PDPL and EU GDPR, and prepared so you can show it to a client or a bank.
What does an AI automation pilot cost?
It is priced per pilot, as a fixed fee in the written proposal that follows the free assessment. You get that proposal within 48 hours of the call, with the scope, what you receive and what is out of scope.
